Welcome! Continuing in "red" I put together this tablescape with a refined yet casual look.
Ugh the lighting was terrible and this was a noon!
A bouquet from Costco that I just cut down and re-arranged. It was a nice cheerful mix of red, green and white. I waited for the lilies to start opening but by then the hydrangeas were going down hill, so I cut them back and placed them lower down.
The Merry Christmas placemats came from Home Goods by 34th & Pine, last year. The red plates are by Lenox and the poinsettias plates (and pitcher) are by 222 Fifth, called Winter Harmony
I used the Christmas tree napkin rings from Pier 1 also from last year. I don't know about anyone else but I'm really not happy with their website and their offerings anymore. Nothing is "Pier 1" any longer.
The candy cane Christmas trees were from Home Goods I think (UPDATE-actually they were from Michael’s) last year too. I borrowed them from my kitchen window vignette!
These pewter birds were added just for fun and they pick up the coloring of the trivet I used for the florals.
I got the tablecloth from Crate & Barrel a few years back.
The gold rimmed glasses pick up the the gold rimmed dinner plates and the silver picks up on the birds and trivet! You can mix your metals!
Time to gather!
This is so beautiful and totally Christmas
ReplyDeleteOh Liz, how absolutely gorgeous! I would love to sit at your table this Christmas season🙂

I love RED for the season. Beautiful. Merry! Merry!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty Liz. Love the placemats and those candy cane trees are so cute. The poinsettia pitcher and plates are so festive. The flowers look lovely from Costco. A beautiful table to enjoy the holiday season.

ReplyDeleteI know I am SUPER UNHAPPY with Pier 1 online!!! Not EVEN close to the in person shopping experience we enjoyed for so long!!! I started surfing their site and just shook my head. Awful!!!
ReplyDeleteI’m glad you listed when/where you bought those candy cane trees. I’m on the hunt for some. I have ornaments that look exactly like those trees and would like to be able to match them up. Probably Home Goods doesn’t have them again this year, but it’s a start.
Your tablescape is a hit!
This is just enchanting, Liz! How did I miss those candy cane trees at Home Goods last year! Oh, they are darling and so is your table. (The only store I miss going to during the pandemic, apart from picking out my own produce, is Home Goods. I really miss Home Goods!
ReplyDeleteLiz,
ReplyDeleteThis is such a bright and cheerful tablescape!! Truly charming!!
Thanks so much for sharing!!
Thanks too for stopping by!!
Hugs,
Debbie
My favorite color--red--I love this table! Each piece is perfect. You set the best tables, my friend--gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLiz, I love this beautiful and festive tablescape. I adore the candy cane trees, it is 60 miles to the nearest Home Goods. I agree, Pier 1 website is lacking the pretties I always found in their store. Wishing you a most wonderful Christmas!
