I was sorting through my candle holders and deco items and literally had these piled on the table. I was trying to figure out a new place to put some of these. Later I was sitting at the kitchen table and started thumbing through a Pottery Barn catalog.
Bang! There was an image that inspired me to cluster my things altogether.
I studied their image and realized they had two large pieces on either end and then a mix of different height candle holders.
I showed some of these pieces in a post last February "here". I can't believe it's been that long since I shared some interior decorating.
I had everything for some time now but these two candle holders are newer.
I didn't intend to duplicate there's but it gave me a framework to get started.
I was pleased when Dan finally saw it and reacted with a "wow I like that"!
I know it's not for everyone but I like it!
This is the first fussing I've done inside in a long time. I've been devoted to the outside more than anything but lately I've found I'm gravitating indoors a bit more. I moved the living room furniture around last week and I'm still tweaking. I'll share that soon!
I will be joining:
It came out FABULOUS my friend ! I love it, my kind of style and each piece is great and chosen perfectly. I also love the way you arranged the. Your dining room looks lovely, Pottery Barn worth too.

I meant the way you arranged all your pieces.

Thank you Fabby- I understood what you meant!
DeleteLove it! Your candle holders look fabulous all together on your dining room table!
ReplyDeleteThank you Pam- glad you liked it!
DeleteIt's gorgeous, Liz! I even like yours better than theirs. You have a true gift. :-)
ReplyDeleteI like your new "combined" blog. It's easier for us in keeping track and for you with posting to only one blog. I hope you have a wonderful week!
Thank you- that was my goal!
DeleteSo very pretty. What a great touch that is. Love it.
ReplyDeleteThank you- I am enjoying it!
DeleteI love it! I love it much more than Pottery Barn's. The clear glass in theirs disappears but the architectural look of yours stands out more & is much more appealing to me. .....Now, let me think, do I have enough to copy this as well?!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jenny- yes theirs is hard to see- I had to do a bit of zooming on the picture!
DeleteI was going through and put the brakes on with your first photo, Liz! It's a great look. I love how you captured the candleholders by facing the light. It looks like a cover!
ReplyDeleteOh thank you Janet! Glad you liked it!!
DeleteHow fun is this. I love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Marty!
DeleteBeautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteInspiration...that's what I love! Studying something that attracts you and then finding such inspiration that you're moved to create something that is YOUR OWN!!! Fabulous job!
ReplyDeleteIt's very pretty, Liz, I love the look. I am like you right now, focusing on the outside, but the inside is calling. I am almost ready to reach for those pumpkins, almost... ;)
ReplyDeleteLiz,
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful collection you have and what a lovely display you have created with them!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by!!
Hugs,
Debbie
