Yesterday I decided to do a little patriotic decorating for the 4th of July.
I changed out the plates on the plate rack and tied on some ribbons to start my red white and blue patriotic tribute!
Uncle SAM was new last year from Hobby Lobby
I grouped him in the corner on the tray and added some sparkly pieces to the pitcher. I used the sparkly pieces in a little project last year as seen "here".
Up above you'll notice another Uncle SAM.
He's a little gem I got from Pier 1 a few years ago.
I used him for the first time in a favorite little post as seen "here"
I found some cute little salt and pepper shakers at Cracker Barrel. They have the Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Bell and the White House
I've also been going through this new book I ordered called The American Flag by Mary Emmerling. I'm enjoying the images in this book a lot.
Wouldn't you love to own the plate on the right!
I feel ready for the 4th of July now!
