Since I knew I wouldn't be entertaining and using the formal dining area I decided to create a display that would stay in place through the holiday.
I used this sage green voile fabric that I knotted on both ends. I centered a cluster of bottle brush trees candlesticks and candle votives on it.
I centered a large red bottle brush tree in my mercury glass bowl and used a set of battery operated LED lights clustered around the base for some holiday glow.
All the candles and votives have been collected for several years.
The mercury glass bowl was from T.J. Maxx about 3 years ago. I used it on the dining table before as seen "here" and the mantel last year as seen "here".
The angel is a new find this year. She fit in with the vignette perfectly.
A little glitz at the dining table!
Love the wonderful glitz on the table....love those large bottle brush trees and the angel is so beautiful, I just love her wings!...Such a beautiful Christmas vignette Liz!...
ReplyDeleteI love how you gave the tree an entirely new look just by lighting it up!
