Pocket Full of Fleurs

I ran across this wall pocket that I fell in love
with it immediately.

I imagined it on the wall near my plate rack
It seems to be a good fit

I had plans for this rooster picture
that I posted about a little while back, but I got completely turned off to the price I was quoted to frame it.  I decided I needed to evaluate that idea a lot more.  So for now Mr. Rooster is rolled up and waiting in the aisles for his debut!

I added the word Fleurs
I loaded it up with a combination of greens
and flowers

It would also be great outside in a protected area.

The alstroemeria flowers I bought a week ago are still going strong.
If you know me you know I love flowers!

I'm glad to see the alstroemeria is still going full speed ahead! You knew just what to pick to last through some of these harsh winter days!

  5. The tin is very cute and the flowers in it look nice! I like it next to the wall shelf too. You can keep real flowers looking good a lot longer than me!

  9. Very cute and I bet it will hold many different looks. Aren't alstromerias the best for lasting a long time? I keep them on hand all the time.

I agree, you've found the perfect place for it against the black cupboard!
Appears there's a bit of "Spring" in your step and your decor!
    Thanks for sharing!
