I had two visions for the flowers that I used in my tablescape last week.
I kept thinking about making the change to the other idea and while staring at them in this morning's sun I decided to get off my duff and do something!!
Ok but gees but it's only 9 a.m.!!
From This
To This!
I used these glass jar/vases from Pottery Barn that just happened to
fit into this garden tote that I've had for a couple of years purchased through
One King's Lane. I wanted them to appear gathered and not too planned
although my tendency for symmetry still got in there!
I'm tickled with it- I got two looks for the price of one!
Of course this led me into another post which I'll get to
I love fresh flowers, Liz. They look so good in your new design. Happy Week!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers! They look gorgeous inside the garden tote!
ReplyDeletePretty! I have a similar trug from that is painted black and I have been thinking about painting it a different color. Yours looks so good, maybe I'll keep it black!
ReplyDeleteRight on, sister!!! I am a total believer in getting all the bang for my buck as possible, and when it comes to fresh flowers.,..that's a huge deal!!! (You and I must be thinking with the same brain again. I did another tablescape using leftover flowers from my Mom's party!) You did a great job of transforming this bouquet from one specific look to another! I'm anxious to see tablescape #2!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers! Love them both ways!!~~Angela
ReplyDeleteI love this, Liz!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for coming by, Liz. Your visit brought me to your beautiful site.
I love how you transformed your flower arrangement. I have a caddy like yours and had a thought last week about taking it out and using it to display Spring flowers.
Your flowers are beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
Have a great week,
Suzanne
Love it! I do the same thing sometimes. I just love to get a little more out of them. :) So cute in your little tool box. :)
